• Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Jan Arogya Jeevan website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

• Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

• Membership Fee

The annual membership fee of Rs. 2500 is due upon enrollment. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid to activate your membership.

• Death Benefit Structure
• Upon joining, each member receives a death benefit of Rs. 25,000.
• The death benefit will increase by Rs. 10 for each new member that joins.
• The maximum death benefit is capped at Rs. 50,00,000.
• Membership Renewal

Membership must be renewed annually to maintain benefits. Failure to renew will result in the loss of all benefits.

• Health Support Services

Members may access health support services including discounts on medicines, reduced rates on hospital services, and savings on lab tests, subject to availability and specific terms set by partnered providers.

• Changes to Terms

Jan Arogya Jeevan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

• Limitation of Liability

Jan Arogya Jeevan is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jurisdiction.
